On or before November 1, 2007 (11:59pm EST), the English Wikipedia will contain more than 2,000,000 articles.
Check here, or use the closest-to-consensus definition of current articles if this page does not exist at time of judging. The claim shall become TRUE as soon as 2,000,000 articles is exceeded.
In cases of ambiguity, I will judge by the intent of the claim, If the intent is unclear, I will judge according to the best interests of FX.
I will interpret the sentence "The claim shall become TRUE as soon as 2,000,000 articles is exceeded" to mean that the judge shall exercise due diligence in monitoring the number of articles reasonably often (in the absence of some automated way to receive notification when the total passes 2,000,000) so as to judge the claim TRUE as soon as practical after the total surpasses 2,000,000.
All interested parties who notice that(a) the English Wikipedia article total either is so close to 2,000,000 as to be likely to surpass that in a few days, or has already exceeded 2,000,000, _and_(b) the judge has not yet indicated his awareness of that situation by message to the fx-discuss mailing list, _and_(c) the claim is still open for tradingare both invited and encouraged to notify the judge of the combination (a)+(b)+(c).
As of June 21, 2007 8:30 AM Eastern Time, page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Statistics states, "The English-language Wikipedia currently contains 1,844,941 articles."
