George W. Bush, son of ex-U.S. president George H.W. Bush, wins the U.S. presidential election held in the year 2000.
This claim will be judged according to the results of the electoral college vote held in December unless the election is delegated to the House of representatives(which might delay judgement a bit). In the event the US government ceases to exist or enters a state of emergency, I will attempt a solution which does the Foresight Exchange the least harm.
