By 2003/1/1 Bill Clinton and Hilary Clinton(for purposes of this claim the couple that are President and First Lady as of 1999/8/1) will no longer be married(for any reason including divorce or death of either partner in the marriage) or either partner will have filed for divorce. If both of the Clintons die this claim will be judged yes.
Sources which can be used to verify the status of the of the Clinton's marriage include: The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Times of London, The London Economist.
The rather unlikely event of filing for an annulment by either party would also cause this claim to be judged yes.
