On February 1, 2013 the Speaker of the House of the United States of America and the Senate Majority Leader of the Senate of the United States of America will both be members of the Democratic Party or members of a party affiliated with the Democratic Party.
This claim assumes the following: A country with the name United States of America exists, that elections take place in same, and that there will be a Senate and a House of Representatives. If any of these elements are false then the claim will be judged false.
To judge this claim I will watch three national news networks: CNN, Fox and CSPAN or other news program that may normally be viewed nationally. If a party designation (D, R, I or Other) of Democrat is attached to the leader of each respective house than this claim shall be judged true at that date.
