Pays YES coupons the closing value of the Compaq (CPQ) stock divided by 100 on the day the Dow Jones Industrial Average closes above 6200 or below 5000. The value will be rounded to the nearest IF$0.01, and cannot go above IF$1.
If the CPQ stock splits or merges, the final value will be scaled by the total ratio of the splits (merges) since 6/10/96. If the CPQ stock ceases to trade for any reason on a day when other stocks have normal transactions before the DJIA reaches above 6200 or below 5000, or if the DJIA ceases to be tracked before the closing of this claim, the claim will be evaluated based on the last closing value of the CPQ stock. All other extenuating circumstances will be dealt with by the judge publicly on if-discuss as needed.
