This claim will pay 0 if the Center-Left coalition of parties lead by Romano Prodi ("Unione") will form the new government after the elections and it will be approved from the Parliament. This claim will pay 0.5 if the Center-Right Coalition AND the Center-Left Coalition are unable to form a government and have it approved from the parliament with only their votes.
