Netscape Navigator is currently the most used WWW browser on the Internet. Other browsers exists, and some have a big chance in taking a slice on Nestcape, specially the one Microsoft is bundling with Windows 95 (I don't remember the name right now). This claim will be judged based on the percentage of usage of Netscape Browsers (any version) to access a well known page on the Web (TBD, can be yahoo, or something like it) on a period of 7 days before the judging date. This claim will pay 1c for each percentage point of usage of any version of Netscape Navigator on the designated Web page for the designated period of time for measurements.
I will judge based on the wording of the claim unless it is found to be ambiguous. Such ambiguities will be resolved based on my perception of the author's intent.
Note that I have added a judgement date to the claim, without which it was meaningless. The claim will be judged sometime within the first six months of 1998, but without prior notice of the exact judgement date.
