YES coupons will pay an amount equal to the percentage of the Electoral Votes won by the nominee representing the Democratic Party in the 1996 U.S. presidential election. The YES coupon will be rounded to the nearest whole percent. The 1996 U.S. Presidential election is scheduled for November 5, 1996. If the election is not held for any reason, YES coupons will receive $0.50. If there is no nominee from the Democratic Party, YES coupons will pay $0.00.
