A device capable of releasing toxic gas (nerve gas, cyanide or other) will be found in a subway, train or bus station, or on a train or bus in the USA, Canada or the European Union before 1/1/97. The device must contain chemicals to make the gas, or contain the gas under pressure, but it need not actually go off before it is found. The gas released by the device must be lethal to humans, i.e. diesel fumes or tobacco smoke do not count.
