This claim will be TRUE (100) if Samuel Alito gets 60 or more votes in the U.S. Senate for his confirmation as a U.S. Supreme Court Justice. If for any reason (withdrawal of nomination, death, etc.) the confirmation vote does not take place by Nov. 8, 2006, the claim will be judged FALSE (0).
