This is a follow-up on claim solc23, which had to be judged before trading began, because of the unforeseeable rapid increase in daily sunspot numbers.
This claim will be judged true if the daily sunspot number reported at Royal Observatory of Belgium is 273 or higher on at least one day before Friday, 2001-11-23 (after 1999-06-30).
Have a look at the current forecast graph and the smoothed plot of historical sunspot numbers.
Judgement of this claim shall happen before the judgement date if the above condition is met for some day after 1999-06-30. Judgement may occur up to three months after the judgement date if data are not readily available. If the WWW-site given above is still unavailable on 2002-02-22, the judge may substitute an appropriate data source that uses the same counting method. Missing data may be substituted from other sources that use the same counting method. If no data whatsoever are available on 2002-02-22, the claim will pay 0.50 FX$.
