This claim will be judged TRUE if the average (arithmetic mean NOT weighted by shares) of the last 10 unique transactions as of the end of the day, 08 April 2003* for this claim is at or above a price of 50 cents.
For the purposes of this claim, a unique transaction is one in which neither the seller nor buyer have appeared before in a unique transaction. In determining what transactions to consider as unique, newer transactions should take precedence. For example, if person A sells to person B, then sells again later to person C, the transaction inbetween A and C should be considered and the transaction between A and B disregarded; because the transaction between A and B was ignored, older transactions involving person B can be considered. If there are fewer than 10 total unique transactions as of that date for this claim, the average of all unique transactions should be used instead.
