The YES coupon will be rounded to the nearest whole percent. The 1996 U.S. Presidential election is scheduled for November 5, 1996. If the election is not held for any reason, YES coupons will receive $0.50. If there is no nominee from the Democratic Party, YES coupons will pay $0.00.
