At least 500 people in the same metropolitan area of the United States will simultaneously be subject to enforced quarantine for the same disease by 2004.
I will judge this claim true if I see any source from the CDC or major reputable press source(i.e. London Times, London Economist, Washington Post, New York Times that indicates the conditions of this claim have been met).
